Why do you have an application form?

The reason for the application process is to determine if we are both a good fit to work together to accomplish your health goals. I choose to work with a limited number of clients in my program who have the qualities required to get transformational outcomes, so I'd like to get to know more about you.

Why do you have CONSULTATION calls?

The consultation call is to determine your health goals, your current health problems, and to see if we would be a good fit to work together.

This call is also to answer any questions and discuss any concerns you have about my program and to help you make a the best health decision for you.

This call is not medical advice and no medical advice will be given during the call.

What would working with you look like?

All new clients enter my program.

Programs are the best way to get results and here's why: scheduling a visit every few months is not the most effective way to create the lifestyle changes needed to achieve the health results you want.

If you have been diagnosed with an autoimmune diseases like Hashimoto's, then this has been brewing for YEARS.  You've probably had symptoms for years before your diagnosis, but never connected them to Hashimoto's.

Trying to correct & heal years of issues in 1-2 visits is not a reasonable expectation.  You've seen this method fail time and time again with conventional doctors.

A more reasonable expectation is to look back at when the symptoms started, NOT when you were diagnosed, but when you started having any symptoms.  Then for every year you've had symptoms, that is (at the minimum) a month of healing.

So if you had symptoms for the past 10 years, then give yourself at least 10 months minimum to heal your body.  If you had gut issues since you were 15 years old & now your 35, the give yourself at least 20 months minimum.

Of course, many people see changes much quicker than that, but this is a more useful way of thinking of how much time you may need to really heal your body.

So as you can see, this takes time!  You are healing from the inside-out.

If you think this a quick-fix or are looking for a quick-fix, then this is not for you.

This is why I created my program.

Things come up every week and you now you have the opportunity to ask & receive support every week to help you reach your health goals faster and maintain results.  By waiting 2 or 3 months to work on these things, you eventually will lose momentum and go back to your old ways that made you sick.  So nothing changes!

That's the exact opposite of what you want!

So what is your plan?

I don't want you to be in the same place or worse a year from now.

The saddest and most heartbreaking thing I see is when someone decided to wait and a year later their Hashimoto's has gotten worse- they gained more weight, are in more pain, more brain fog, & more bloating than before!

You are ready now to take action now.

Not everyone is a candidate for this model of medicine, but if this describes you, then let's go!

  • For women (18 yo+) with Hashimoto's disease who want to heal from the inside out and understands this takes time.

  • Women who anticipate there will be ups and downs in this journey & you keep going no matter what.

  • Women who takes full responsibility for their health.  The good, the bad, the ugly, all of it.

  • Women who understand there is a time and place for naturopathic & conventional medicine.

Listen, you've been from doctor to doctor and the only thing they do is increase your prescription or tell you everything is "normal" and I'll see you in 3 months.  You're probably feeling stuck and frustrated because you are trying to figure it out on your own and feel like nothing has changed.  But that's why I'm here.  There's lots you can do to reverse symptoms and you just need a guide to help you through it.

If you are a women with Hashimoto's disease, then this is the place for you.
